Not much! We’ll start with a 30-minute kickoff call in the morning, then I’ll dive into the implementation on your behalf. You’ll have two short check-in calls in the afternoon (around 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM) and one final handoff call at the end of the day. Outside of those times, you’re free to handle CEO-level work — or even take the day to rest
Yes — in fact, this is especially for you. My goal is to create systems that feel simple, supportive, and easy to use — not more complicated. I’ll walk you through everything in plain language and make sure you feel empowered (not overwhelmed) when the day is done.
Yes — but I make it simple. After you complete your intake form and submit your deposit, I’ll give you access to our shared Notion Portal which will outline anything I need from you: logins, access to tools, brand assets, etc. I handle the heavy lifting — you just give me the keys. We’ll review these items during our 90-minute strategy session (held 5–7 days before your VIP Day) to make sure we have everything we need for your VIP Day to flow seamlessly.
Each VIP Day is tailored to your top 3–5 admin priorities — whether that’s streamlining client intake, setting up automations, building out internal workflows, or organizing your back-end structure.
You’ll receive a mix of strategic support and hands-on implementation, but all deliverables are scoped to fit within a 6-hour working window.
